I. Is your Academy is registered?
· Yes, Phoenix Academy is registered as an Academy under Ministry of Small and Medium Enterprises [MSME].
· This Registration is Valid all over India.

II. Is your Academy is ISO certified?
Educational Intuitions like schools kindergartens, primary and higher secondary schools need to get ISO certification to ensure their standard of teaching. This certification gives them

1. It helps in International Approval from the other School
2. It is considered as an internal system to be Robust
3. .It is however Managed Internationally Skill Level
4. It also helps to Get the edge over the other School with an internationally Recognition

Since they are giving education and teaching they should own ISO certification.

Coming to the point, Phoenix Academy doesn’t provide any education, training or any products. So, there is no need to get ISO certification.

III. Is my certificate is valid?
Yes, since we are a registered Academy our certificates are valid all over India.

IV. How the participants are evaluated?
We have Judges who are working and doing highly respectful Jobs in society as Teachers, Head Masters, Dance Masters, Drawing masters, Music teachers, etc.

V. Do you conduct competitions month on month?
Yes, We are conducting competitions every month on different themes and topics.

VI. How will I receive my certificates and medals?
· Once results announced at the month-end we will start packing your certificates and medals.
· Your certificates will be posted via India post
· Usually, it takes 7-10 working days to reach your home.
· If it was the Northside then definitely it will take 10 days.
· If it was inside Tamilnadu it will take 7-10 days.
· After that due date also you didn't receive your parcels means we will give your parcels tracking Id using that you can check it on the official India Post website.
· We pack your certificates securely sealed and safely.
· All these processes will be completed in the first week of the month after the results announcement.

VII. What will winners get? 
Normal Events:
Winners will get Certificates and Medals.
Others will get Participation Certificates.

Special Events:
Winners will get Certificates, Medals & Trophy.
Others will get Participation Certificates & Participation Medals.
